Organiser's Description
A new city marathon coming to historic Gloucester which will give athletes a sight-seeing tour of its beautiful cathedral, canals, docks and countryside - a good opportunity to gain a PB on this flat, closed road course, well supported by the people of Gloucester. The route will start outside the Guildhall and run along pedestrianised streets with views of the cathedral, before heading South past Hardwick through quaint villages; heading back it will take in the sights and sounds of the South side of the City and finish in Gloucester Park.
