Organiser's Description
This duathlon comprises of a 1 mile run, 4 mile cycle, 1 mile run. The event is perfect for novices who want a go at a very friendly, low-key event. There will be four events, once a month from May to August - perfect for monitoring your progress! Or you can double the fun! This year we're also running a series of 2-8-2s for those who fancy a tougher challenge. These will follow exactly the same format, just double the distance. The duathlons will take place on the purpose made cycle track at the UCLan Sports Arena in Preston.
