Organiser's Description

A GO TRI Duathlon in Whinlatter Forest with two routes to choose from: novice/beginner - 1.5k trail run, 5k off -road bike (forest road), 1.5k trail run: intermediate - 4k trail run, 10k off-road bike (forest road), 2.5k trail run. Also junior race - 1.5k trail run, 5k off-road bike, 500m trail ru, min age 12, max age 14.
