With a start in Bedford, at the Royal Oak (Black route, shorter Red and Blue route options), the route takes you through Bedfordshire, into Buckinghamshire, and on to the Little Acre B & B at Tetsworth, in Oxfordshire for the finish. 54 miles, 824m of climb. Also stage 17 for competitors of the 1500 mile, 29 day, Relentless (www.ultrarunningltd.co.uk/relentless).
