Half Sunset Ultra

Cley next the Sea, Norfolk

Cley next the Sea, Holt, UK

Sat 6th June 2020

Organiser's Description

The Norfolk Coast Path runs for 83 miles through the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Unlike their winter cousins which run during the hours of darkness, all Sunset events start during daylight hours, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Norfolk coastline in all its glory.

For those that don’t fancy the Full Sunset experience, we offer the Half Sunset. This starts from the “halfway” checkpoint at Cley-next-the-sea at 14:30 and follows the Norfolk Coast Path west, to the finish on Snettisham Beach, some 38 miles away.

Can you also beat the sun and arrive before sunset at 21:19? Don’t worry if not, as you have 9.5 hours or until midnight Sunday to complete your journey.

In 2020, 2 UTMB points await successful finishers.
