Organiser's Description
A glorious 5k, 10k or 15k woodland run through the trees and paths of the North Downs for the hardest of snails. This epic course takes in the Pilgrims' Way over the North Downs in central Surrey. You'll encounter rolling hills, lofty summits and low off-road tracks weaving through the woodland. You'll feel leaves crunching underfoot and the wind in your hair as you bound across beautiful countryside. This is an awesome venue for one of the finest cross-country events on the calendar. There's also a mini 2k route for kids!

Awesome event. Have completed these runs for the past 3 years have always had a great time, well organised, well signposted , supportive volunteers and the most amazing brownies at the finish line!!!

I LOVED THIS RACE. Honestly one of my favourite races! Amazing atmosphere and such a challenge, would defiantly recommend and will be back this year!

Lovely early summer mid week event. Hard as snails is a great trail event that's run mid-week, which is great if you have weekends packed with family commitments. As with all AAT-events, it's brilliantly organised and really friendly! Quite hilly, so a good challenge with beautiful scenery.
