The setting for this popular moorland race is on the steeply plunging, picture postcard south-eastern slopes below the famous Haytor Rock. The 6 mile-ish course follows a challenging, hilly, circular route, with several steep ascents and descents across rugged, open moorland and through woodland, and a fast downhill finale to the finish. This is a tough off-road event, not for the faint hearted, or inexperienced runner!
