Organiser's Description
Triathlon at Shiplake College estate with a Thames river swim (wetsuit required), an out and back bike route that takes in a couple of rolling hills, but is mainly flat and fast, and a run along the tow path, with a short steep hill to finish. Options for the Sprint or Olympic distance as well as the team relay.
