Hokey Cokey Swimrun - St Austell Bay

St Austell, Cornwall

Trevarna Residential Home, 4 Carlyon Rd, Saint Austell PL25 4LD, UK

Sat 8th October 2016

Organiser's Description

We're back in St Austell Bay for some more run, swim (and repeat)! We've added in a few more stages to ramp up the challenge rating - little tweeks here and there will keep you entertained and yes, the dreaded run across the beach is still in!! And, here in Cornwall we like to do things differently. No holding hands with your partner on this one. We take it to the extreme and ask you to race it all by yourself. A solo swimrun!! Expect to run on coastal path, sand, gravel, tarmac, and your swim stages are all in the sea around the beautiful St Austell Bay and coastline. The course has over 8k of coast path and beach running and over 3k of sea swimming.
