'In the Lap of the Gods' Ultra

Swansea or Llanelli

South Wales

Sat 19th October 2019

Organiser's Description

Race rules and details: no watches, no phones; laps between 2 and 5 miles; duration between 6 and 12 hours; runners must be averaging at least 5mph at the end of each lap; race location will be communicated in race week and will be somewhere in Swansea or Llanelli

Basically you will turn up on the day and start running. You will have no technology and will find out how far and how long the race was when it ends. People ran without phones and watches for years - just enjoy nature and listen to your body. Set off too slow and you may not last past an hour, set off too fast and you may burn out too soon. Problem is, you won’t know how long you have to go for...
