Race rules and details: no watches, no phones; laps between 2 and 5 miles; duration between 6 and 12 hours; runners must be averaging at least 5mph at the end of each lap; race location will be communicated in race week and will be somewhere in Swansea or Llanelli
Basically you will turn up on the day and start running. You will have no technology and will find out how far and how long the race was when it ends.
