Organiser's Description

--- Booking for this event has been stopped due to ongoing concerns regarding Coronavirus. The race organiser will be in touch with you in due course if you have made a booking for this event. ---

The ISEH 5k and 10k run returns for an 8th year within the iconic surroundings of London’s Regents Park. The run is a great way to get active, something which we are passionate about here at the ISEH.

You can choose either a 5k or a 10k which will be chip timed and fully signed and marshalled. The route is flat so ideal for all ages and fitness levels. You don’t have to run, you can walk or jog on your own or with friends, family and colleagues and enjoy the Park's amazing scenery. Sign up today and let’s all get active!

There is also a 2k non chip timed Fun Run open to all, especially children too young to run the 5k. If entered into the 5k or 10k a parent does not have to pay to run the 2k with their child.
