INTOTRI was founded to show a completely different side of the sport. People of all ages and abilities, from novice to running mermaid on wheels, can participate in our free triathlon events which emphasise finishing over winning. The focus is on challenging yourself, having fun and embracing a healthy lifestyle. The “parkrun of the triathlon world” is a grassroots initiative powered by volunteers.
The Sunrise Aquathlon (Swim/Run) is designed to ease you into our free triathlon events without getting on your bike in wet clothes on icy roads. Take a dip in the Xcel Centre’s 8-lane pool and enjoy a magic sunrise over the Thames on your run along the towpath. XCEL Leisure Centre, Walton-on-Thames. 7-14 yrs.
