Organiser's Description

We're back in Kingston again for a s Spring time plog, cleaning up the local area. Plogging is a mixture of running/walking whilst picking up rubbish at the same time, giving you that great double endorphin hit!

Join us for around a 5k run and a 2k walk. All equipment and a free t-shirt included. Meeting at the bandstand. Activity afterwards to be confirmed!
