Kelston Three Peaks Challenge

Swineford

Rose Cottage, Bath Rd, Swineford, Bitton, Bristol BS30 6LN, UK

Sun 12th July 2015

Organiser's Description

The Three Peaks Challenge will consist of 3 different races, over three separate dates. Each event is named after one of the three highest mountains in England, Wales and Scotland and you will cover the equivalent distance of the tourist route up and down that said mountain per event. This challenging multi terrain route will see you transverse through extensive woodland, scenic trails, permissive footpaths and open fields. There are plenty of hills to keep even the strongest of athletes on their toes throughout. Each event will include a 4k ascent up, a 4k descent back down to the finish and the required distance in between will be made up via running up, across and down our beloved local, iconic landmark… Kelston Roundhill.
