If your idea of the perfect date is going for a run, you're not alone! The race HQ is the George & Dragon Pub on the Lancaster Quay. The race start is located a little way down the Quay, with finish behind the pub on the cycle track. An out and back, flat, traffic free route.

Great event. Well organised event from start to finish. Really flat route an out and back course along tarmac cycle paths. Number collection easy and post run goodies excellent.
