London Cardiff 24 is a team relay challenge. You and your team run 24 stages (3-13 miles), through towns, over fields, and along footpaths from Twickenham to Cardiff. Can you work together to beat the clock. Can you make the 160 miles to Cardiff in under 24 hours?
