Long Run in the Meadow

A 24 hour loop race is not everyone's idea of fun - the idea of running round the same 2 miles, all day and night, is far from appealing. But for others, it's what ultra running is all about. Anyway, there's a lot to like about this loop format - you get to know the course pretty well, and with regular aid stations, you don't need to worry about running out of anything, so you can forget about everything else and just run. This event brings the 24 hour format to the lovely Longrun Meadow, in Somerset, which, due to its flat nature, should provide a good course on which to attempt a 24 hour PB. Options for 12 or 6 hours of racing;
