Organiser's Description

Both races are in scenic Runnymede and will start on the Thames Path trail beside the Wraysbury Skiff & Boating Club. It's a lapped course on one of the most scenic parts of the River Thames. The half/full marathons will be one or two out and back 2.5mile loops to Staines Bridge and back, followed by two or four out and back 5.3mile loops to the Old Windsor Lock and back. The routes and the turnaround points will be clearly marked.

A lovely marathon along the Windsor Thames path. It's flat, but can be quite hard going, particularly towards the end of the race! Worth a go.
