If you enjoy trail running in the daylight then you are in for a real treat, running in the dark! It's an amazing experience; your senses are heightened, you immerse yourself deep in your surroundings, and with your head torch on, the trails seem to streak past you at warp speed!
Starting and finishing on the Culden Faw Estate, which is split by the River Thames and nestles in the Chiltern Hills, this location can only be described as quintessential middle England. We love the Oxfordshire Original Series event, so it's only fitting that we experience this area in the dark. Three relatively challenging routes set within the Estate - which is home to fallow deer and wallabies, yep, we have actually seen a wallaby there - offer something for everyone.
This will be our first event in 2019 and there's a distinct possibility you could even be running in the snow! Start the season strong and put this Dark Series event in your calendar - it's going to be a corker! And remember - The Darkness Awaits...
