The World's biggest obstacle course is back for 2016. We're bringing fast-packed 10k courses to 5 major cities in the UK. Wales will once again kick off the Survival season - can you survive our jam-packed Cardiff course? Get ready to tackle this 10k in and around Cardiff Bay, including a refreshing dip in the International White Water Centre for one hell of a wet ‘n’ wild dunking.
