Organiser's Description

For 2018 we are back at St Helen's in Thetford Forest for the best established duathlon cross event in England. The course uses all the best aspects of the Thetford trails both for the bike and the run, creating a 2 x 9k lap mountain bike loop and a 5k trail run, which you can complete individually or as part of a 2 man relay team. You will be tested on woodland trails as well as across open and single forest tracks.
