Organiser's Description

Choice of 10k, half or full marathon. The 10k is a great route with a variety of surfaces, including trail, road, streams and mud; its big sister has a decent amount of climbing (1700ft) and takes in a lot more of the trails in Pembrokeshire's Canaston Woods; the big daddy - 26.2 miles of relentless beauty - takes in the woodland trails of Canaston and Minwear Woods and some less frequented trails!
