Organiser's Description

An off-road event which takes runners through areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in and around Nayland, a village in the Stour Valley on the Suffolk side of the border between Suffolk and Essex. This event has three distance options to suit all ages and abilities - 10k, 5k, and a 1k fun run.

Nayland 10km. Well organised and a lovely route. Start is very slow due to single track pathways but after that all is good.
