Start with a warm up in a white t-shirt, then get covered in rainbows of colour whilst dancing to music along a 5k route and enjoying the Summer time! Join the U.K's biggest and most colourful 5k Tour, with probably the best bling on the planet and a Fun Colour Rush T-Shirt!

Life can be fun and full of colour, and not just for runners, our events are for people of all ages and abilities. We want people to take our course however they like it - 80% of our participants walk!

How To Get There

By car: Abington Park is located on the East side of Northampton. Take the A43 from the North to its junction with the A4500. The venue will be about a mile along the A4500, on your right.

From the East, take the A45 West towards Northampton. Then follow the signs for the Park

Use postcode NN3 3AD for your Satnav.

By train: Northampton railway station has services southbound to London Euston and northbound to Birmingham New Street and Crewe. Trains also run to Rugeley, Liverpool, and stations in between. The Station is about 4 miles from the venue.

Parking

Pay & Display parking is available a short walk from the venue.

Fun. I’m definitely doing this again next year. It’s the most fun I’ve had on a race at Abington park. It was raining when I did it but I can’t fault it one bit. They could of had more paint bins and more rubbish bins around the race as we only saw one bin throughout the race !!!!!!!
