Ocean Lava Wales

Fishguard, Pembrokeshire

Town Hall Market Square, Fishguard SA65 9HE, UK

Sat 23rd July 2016

Organiser's Description

If you're looking for a race with a stunning, enclosed sea swim, sea views, fantastic village support, topped off with one of the most breathtaking scenic runs on the circuit... read on! This middle distance event, described by many as tough, is fairly fast. A very sheltered out and back swim in Fishguard Bay; a bike course which starts on a fast rolling road into and around St David's, then turns back towards Mathry before heading into St David's for the final time, before returning to Fishguard; a run course which has two real hills - the rest is very fast and flat.
