Organiser's Description
2017 sees the first ever Overload cross country run. Your challenge is to take in as many 5k laps as you can muster in 2 hours. There will be hills, there will be mud, there may be a little water, we can however confirm there will be smiles. Every runner will receive a medal and commemorative top. This event is suitable for all - young, old, fit, unfit... however be prepared to move out of your comfort zone, be tested physically and mentally, oh and get muddy, very muddy.
