First ultra. As a first ultra I would recommend this one. Although the hills seem huge after half way it is basically flat. Navigation is easy & the terrain was ok most of the way. The flooded boardwalk a couple miles was fun! Very friendly race, great organisation & and fantastic cheesy beans on toast at the end. If you can run 30 miles you can do this! Go for it!
