Pembrokeshire Ultra Races

Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire

Dale Sailing, Neyland, Milford Haven, UK

Wed 4th September 2019

Organiser's Description

Three amazing ultra races along the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast Path, a designated national trail widely regarded as the most breathtaking coastline in Britain, from rugged cliff tops and sheltered coves to wide-open beaches and winding estuaries.

The Pembrokeshire 100 mile race from Dale, just outside Milford Haven, to St Dogmaels, Cardigan, represents a formidable physical challenge set against a rugged, beautiful backdrop. The Pembrokeshire 180 mile race is a 5 day stage race starting in Amroth and finishing in St Dogmaels. The Pembrokeshire Stage Race follows the same route as the Pembrokeshire 100, but is split into 3 single stage sections with an overnight camp between each section - the final 3 days of the 180 mile race. 4-8 September.
