Organiser's Description

The start and finish of this event is at the Xcel Leisure Centre, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. The 4 lap run is along the Thames Path, with a turnaround point at the Molesey Lock Cafe. Navigation is about as easy as it can get – just follow the River! There's a 200m section near the start, which is the only time the River is not completely visible, but generally, if you can’t see the River, then somehow you are lost! A flat and fast route.
