Organiser's Description
For anyone (everyone?) who's had their life turned inside-out this spring, this is the perfect way to keep active whilst also supporting the work into finding a cure for COVID-19. All profits will go to the World Health Organisation's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
Plan B is a virtual challenge you can do anytime, with anyone or no-one. A 100% Coronavirus-proof event. Complete the challenge and a limited edition medal will be winging its way to you.
To complete this challenge you need to do 150 minutes of exercise every week until 30 April. The exercise can be anything: Joe Wicks, stretch, yoga, HIIT, bench press the kids. Whatever gets you moving.

You sign up, you get moving, then send us proof (eg a photo of your Heart Rate Monitor, written training diary notes, sweaty selfie) via a secure link and we'll send you out your hard-earned medal.
