Organiser's Description

Starting from the beach between South Parade Pier and Southsea Castle, you swim a course marked out by buoys, before shedding your wetsuit and heading out on a 4-lap cycle route on closed roads along the seafront, then a run along the promenade. A beginner-friendly event, with a choice of distances for both adults and children from age 8, also sprint duathlon option and team relay events.
