Race to the Bill Short Course Classic & Sprint Triathlon

Organiser's Description

New for 2019 – this is a well established race around the Isle of Portland, however for 2019 we will be changing the the bike and run routes. Swimming 1 loop around the breakwater in Portland Harbour, you will negotiate a 750m or 1500m course around the huge rocks and orange marker buoys, exiting the water no more than 50m away from transition. The bike leg is 1 lap around Portland, seeing the famous Bill lighthouse and fantastic Chesil Beach stretching for miles along the Jurassic coastline. Then a totally flat 5k or 10k run around the Osprey Quay area of the marina. T-shirt and custom medal on completion of the event.
