Organiser's Description

This marathon route consists of 4 laps and takes advantage of the stunning 'Old Line' coastal trail starting and finishing at Rampside Village Hall in Cumbria. The half marathon will be 2 laps of the course. The 10k will be one lap of the course. The 5k will be marked with a turnaround sign half way along the course. Second in the Tri-Island Running Frosty Triple Series.
