Organiser's Description
How better to celebrate than organizing another huge tree planting event? For this one, we’re doing things a little differently and instead of planting trees with every entry, we’ll leave the number of trees we plant down to you. All you need to do is head out on your Sunday run (Yes, your Sunday runs are your long run days!), and run as many miles as you can. As your reward, we will plant* a tree for every mile that you cover. This is on top of our usual 5 trees we will plant* when you sign up.
Seems like a pretty good deal to us. Also, we have made this event as affordable as possible so we can get as many of you involved as we can. We want to smash our 5,000 tree target this year!
Finally, if planting all of these trees is not enough you’ll also receive a bespoke wooden Rasselbock on a stand courtesy of our amazing friends at Bear and Rose. Yes, they are the same people who made our huge Valhalla medal.
So what are you waiting for? we cannot wait to have you on board for another of our flagship events and plant as many trees as possible!
*We won’t physically plant the trees ourselves, we leave it to the professionals at Ecologi. You can check out how we support them on our forest page

The Rasselbock Mission
Rasselbock Running aims to create fun and interactive events for people of any fitness level and age. We also believe in helping the environment as much as possible through our events. This is why we use fully recyclable and biodegradable packaging and plant trees for every person who signs up for an event.
