Organiser's Description

A 6 hour timed challenge, where you can run for as long as you want (up to 6 hours) and complete as many or as few 3.28 laps as you choose. 4 laps for a half, 8 laps for a marathon, 9+ for an ultra or 1 or more to be a finisher and get a medal and a stack of chocolate. A flat route on firm paths that take you alongside the Grand Union Canal, River Colne and around the three lakes at the Aquadrome.
