Ride24 Newcastle to London 24

Newcastle

King George VI Building, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4LF, UK

Sat 22nd August 2015

Organiser's Description

London, Stratford, is the target and it's 300 miles! From Newcastle we head out past the onlooking Angel of the North and on to the Yorkshire Hills to warm up the legs. Through York and down to cross the Humber, then on to Lincoln and the flat lands beyond. The sun dips - night time arrives as we pass remote villages and speed through the quiet English countryside. As dawn arrives the capital's sykline is soon in our sights and the finish line approaches. You can achieve a lot in 24 hours!
