Organiser's Description
Come and run at the Dorney Half Marathon, 10k & 5k at Dorney Lake; home to London 2012′s Olympic rowing events on Saturday 10th June 2023. Dorney Lake, situated near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire, is a purpose built rowing lake with grounds that are a perfect backdrop to running as well as rowing.
Start Times:
Half Marathon: 10:30am
10k: 11am
5k: 11:15am
The flat and fast course is ideal for a chip timed personal best over the 5k, 10k or Half Marathon distance, or to test yourself over a new distance. As always with RunThrough, you will each get a medal, water, fruit & flapjack on the day!

How to Get There
For details on how to get to the park from nearby public transport we recommend using google maps, city maper and TFL.
Nearest Train stations: Slough and Windsor & Eton Riverside
Location
Course Details
There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course consists of laps around the lake and will involve 1 lap for the 5k and 2 laps for the 10k. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park.
We recommend you do not use earphones and you need to pay close attention to everything around you.
Please be aware of people, cyclists and dogs.
facilties
Baggage
We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.
Toilets
There will be portaloos for you to use within the event village.
Refreshments
There will be water available on every lap of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish. We have also ordered some flapjacks and bananas for when you finish 🙂
Spectators
Spectators are more than welcome.
