Did not meet expectations.. Poor experience, Me and my girlfriend both book this race on this website, When we go to the event they did not have any of our details. (Luckily we still got to race) was not organised at all. The only good thing was the chocolate at the end of the race. I hope not all chocolate runs are like this.

Nice run but overpriced. The 10km course was just 2 laps of the 5km which is ok but some of the people walking it didn’t make it easy to get past when they were being lapped this meant running through puddles and slippery grass areas. There were a few points where a Marshall would have good to direct people as I relied i people ahead of me to show the way. Got a small bar of chocolate for finishing and a medal but the queue for hot chocolate was far too long. I had to wait for a friend to finish and there was a guy I saw waited longer than 30 minutes to get his drink so I decided not to bother waiting. Overall I wouldn’t do this event again as there wasn’t enough going on to warrant the money charged. I mean I could have just came a ran two laps of the lake for free and spent £3.00 on a hot chocolate and a chocolate bar and saved £22.

Could do better. For a paid for event a lot could have been better about this event. At the start it was announced a warm up would be put on...none happened...the race just started at 9:57 with no klaxon.people just started running. Disengaged Marshalls. Excessive queue for hot choc
