Very enjoyable yet challenging run. This was my first official timed 10k, so I was very pleased to come in under 59 minutes! The course was very interesting, the back and forth loop at the start kept the interest, and then the run out past the lake was lovely, then the course went out on to the flatter roads - which were good to run. A well marshalled, and friendly course - with lovely medal, t-shirt, and snacks afterwards. Will definitely be back.

Well organised, friendly supportive marshalls. Lovely park to run withinin, undulating but nothing too steep. Like this run as it doesn’t involve 2 loops of a 5km, so you are able to see different parts of the park and the country lanes. Great medal... didn’t see any flapjacks though!
