Organiser's Description

The 8th running of the Sessay Swift 6k organised by Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers. A flat, fast one lap course based on the attractive village of Sessay near Thirsk in North Yorkshire. New for 2019: chip timing, and Sessay Cricket Club will be putting on a barbecue, and there will be a bar available! A good opportunity to re-stock after the race!
