Organiser's Description

Join us for the second Sheffield Defeat Dementia Superhero Sprint. A family friendly 5k fun run and a 10k race, plus costume contest, on the beautiful Sheffield/Tinsley canal towpath. Wear your favourite superhero or supervillain gear and use your superpowers to walk, run or sprint to the finish line. It’s going to be a whole comic strip of fun, with a whole lot of running thrown in too! Medal and goody bag for all finishers!

Run on your own, as a pair, or in a team. Fast, flat and beautiful course with huge PB potential. Family friendly, wheelchair friendly, pram friendly, no time limits, no pressure - just loads of fun. Come and join us!
