Organiser's Description
Show your dedication to your fitness and running goals. It may be getting into Summer so that is where the real work starts. You can reach your Ssummer goals..You can run this challenge of course, but you may also take it on by walking, cycling, swimming or using gym equipment, and it can be completed in one go or in parts if you prefer. Please submit your evidence by 31 July to claim your medal.
