Open water swim in The Mere, which was given a Green Flag Award – the mark of a quality park or green space in the UK
Shropshire & Welsh countryside bike course
Closed to traffic road run course
Cut Off Times
Swim: 1 hour 15 from the start of the race (1 hour 15 to complete the swim)
Bike: 5 hours 15 from the start of the race (4 hours to complete the bike)
Run: 8 hours from the start of the race (2.45 hours to complete the run)
Competitor Information
Full and up to date 2019 competitor race day information with your race number and start time will be emailed to you 7-10 days before the event. Please take some time to read all the event information, it will make it far more enjoyable for you and reduce the need to ask questions on the day.
You will collect your race numbers, tattoos, stickers etc. at registration on the day.

16 years for Olympic Relay team members
17 years for Olympic distance individuals
