Organiser's Description
This event starts from the beautiful South Milton Sands with a 1k sea swim in the very protected bay. Wetsuits are a must. You will then take on a 15k trail run, which is challenging and breathtaking in equal measures. Heading off along the coastal path, the route takes in some magical coastal views around Thurlestone Rock, up and around Hope Cove and along towards Salcombe, before heading back over Bolberry Down to finish off back at South Milton Sands, where you can relax on the beach, take part in the water sports on offer, or just sit in the cafe enjoying the views and recovering from your morning's work.
