Organiser's Description

An annual event with a swim in Southwater Lake. Each competitor completes a swim, bike, run, then hands over to next; 3 athletes per team. Southwater Country Park, Horsham. The swim takes place in the lake, the cycle passes through Barns Green, Brooks Green, Coolham, along the A272 then back to Southwater via the A24, the run is twice round the Country Park.

Distances

Swim 400m, Bike 12 miles, Run 2 miles
