Organiser's Description
Discover the beautiful area surrounding Belvoir Vale by bike. Your adventure starts at Sutton Bonington Sports Centre; riding East you will criss cross through small villages in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire before reaching the Vale of Belvoir. Here the Short route riders will remain in the relatively flat Vale, whilst the Long route riders will climb up to Belvoir castle, before descending to Harby. The return route takes you back along the same route through Wysall, Costock and East Leake. We have created two fully sign posted routes leaving you free you to enjoy the ride. This route has a limited number of climbs, perfect for those new to cycling or who prefer a flatter route. 40 miles and 57 miles.
