Organiser's Description
This annual 5k challenging sea swim between Tenby and Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, takes place in aid of Wales Air Ambulance and two local charities. Swimmers will enter the water from North Beach, Tenby, then swim to Monkstone Beach where they will leave the water for a safety check and feed station, then re-enter the water to proceed to the finish point on the main beach in Saundersfoot. Swimmers get free entry to a charity concert on the evening of the swim.
