Thames Ring 250

Streatley, Berkshire

Organiser's Description

The ultimate challenge of ultra running, a non-stop run around the boating circuit called Thames Ring which follows the Thames until Brentford, the Grand Union Canal until Braunston and the Oxford Canal until Oxford. There it rejoins the Thames. Runners have 100 hours to cover the 250 miles (actually it's just over 248). Its an extremely tough run testing runners endurance to the limit along with long hours with little sleep and long dark nights. 26-30 June.
