The Dartmoor Way Circular - 50 & 100 miles

Darmoor National Park

Dartmoor National Park, United Kingdom

Sat 6th February 2021

Organiser's Description

A beautiful trail running challenge taking on the ancient Dartmoor Way route, which circles Dartmoor National Park.
With a 50 mile and a 100 mile option this two day trail running adventure will test the toughest of trail runners.
Those choosing the 50 mile option get to split the moors in half and come over the High Moorland Link path right across the centre of the moors.
There is a 36 hour cut-off, runners will start on Saturday 6th February at 06:00 with the cut-off at 18:00 on Sunday 7th February.
There will be plenty of feed stations along the way, and a sleep/quiet zone half way for those that want to grab a few hours sleep. This will be at the Bracken Tor Youth Hostel in Okehampton.

This is an unmarked course, but there are way markers on the whole route, so it will be very easy to follow, just stick to the path!
