Organiser's Description
The May Day Virtual is a great opportunity to test your Spring training as we head into the longer and warmer days. This weekend event is a family friendly race, with something for everyone - a Half Marathon, 10k, 5k and an equally competitive 1k for the younger ones too.
This is our first ever returning virtual race, which means the bar has been set! Can you beat the May Day 10k record of 37.13? It’s not just about the time posted though, we want you to have fun! The race is all about keeping fit, being active and keeping morale high!
All you need to do is record your run on an activity tracking app and submit your times. The results from the race will be collated into a leaderboard and prizes awarded to overall winners. There’s also a selfie board with prizes for the best/most creative selfies and prizes awarded too.

How Do I Take Part?
The challenge is a virtual running event, which means you can participate and complete the challenge from anywhere in the World, including treadmill runs. You can run, jog, walk, or even do it around a May pole!
Simply enter the virtual event and we’ll send you a welcome email with details of how you submit your results. Capture your run / walk on your favourite tracking device and email it to us along with your epic finishers selfie, and we will feature you in the selfie gallery!
If you don’t have an activity tracking device you can still take part, just email your finishing time to us and you will still get your medal.
